Regarding the periodic disclosure of the Bonds in accordance with the provisions of Article 24 of the Government’s Decree No. 163/2018ND-CP dated December 4, 2018, on corporate bond issuance, we will send to Techcom Securities Joint Stock Company (“TCBS”) the following reports:
– Audited financial statements of 06 months (if any) or unaudited financial statements with confirmation of the General Meeting of Shareholders or Board of Members or Company Chairman;
– Payment situation of bond principal and interest.

Bond Holders wishing to review these documents please bring your identification documents and documents proving bond ownership (statement of investment account, confirmation of bond balance… issued within 3 working days up to the date of request for document review) to the headquarters of TCBS at the 10th Floor + 21st Floor, Techcombank Building, No. 191 Ba Trieu, Le Dai Hanh Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi and TCBS will create favorable conditions for Bond Holders to access the above documents.
